Our custom patches are produced using high-quality traditional embroidery, with durable threads, genuine texture and a professional finish. These are not printed or heat-transferred patches marketed as embroidery: they are genuinely embroidered patches, with the raised texture and distinctive appearance of embroidery thread.

Each patch is produced with close attention to detail and adapted to the design submitted by the customer, with the aim of reproducing the requested colours, dimensions and elements as accurately as possible.

Important Information About Photographs and Highly Detailed Designs

As these patches are produced using embroidery, they are not suitable for reproducing photographs, images with multiple gradients, complex shadows, extremely small details or smooth colour transitions.

For this type of personalisation, we recommend our Custom Printed Patches, available on our website, which are better suited to photographic images, highly detailed illustrations or designs containing a large number of colours.

Colours, Dimensions and Minor Variations

The colours displayed on the website, in the customiser, in photographs, mock-ups or previews may vary depending on the device used, screen settings, brightness, contrast, ambient lighting and other technical factors.

For embroidered products, the colour selected digitally may not exactly match the available embroidery thread colour. In such cases, the closest available embroidery thread colour will be used.

Due to the characteristics of embroidery threads, fabrics, materials and the embroidery process itself, minor variations may occur in colour, dimensions, positioning, texture or finish when compared with the image displayed on screen or the design submitted by the customer.

These minor variations are a natural part of the personalisation process and are not considered defects, provided they do not affect the normal use of the item or substantially alter the design ordered.

Important Information About Submitted Files

After the order is placed, we review the submitted file or instructions and produce the patch as accurately as possible, within the technical limitations of embroidery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted files, images, logos, text and other elements are correct, complete, of sufficient quality and authorised for use.
