Description:
Milheirós is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Maia, in the district of Porto.
The club was founded on July 12, 2016, reaching two division climbs in the first two competition seasons. its current president is Doro Guedes.
Has a patron saint, James. The area indicated in the heraldic base is 3.3 km². The coat of arms and the flag help to preserve historical memory and local identity.
