Large quantities are not compulsory. Bordados Custom has no minimum order quantity, so customers can order a single patch, garment or personalised item when that is all they need.

Customers ordering several units can use the customiser to compare quantities and immediately see how the unit price changes.

3. Does embroidery size affect the price?

Yes. Larger embroidery covers more area, usually consumes more thread and requires more machine time, making size one of the main pricing factors.

A small left-chest logo and a large back embroidery are not equivalent production jobs, even if they use the same artwork.

Size should not be reduced purely to achieve the cheapest possible price. Artwork that is made too small may lose legibility or require detail to be simplified.

4. How much does embroidered clothing cost?

For personalised clothing sold by Bordados Custom, the price includes both the garment itself and the selected embroidery.

T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps have different base costs because they are different products. The embroidery configuration is then added according to the selected options.

The final price can depend on:

5. How much does it cost if you provide your own garments?

When customers provide their own clothing, the embroidery pricing logic remains the same. The difference is simple: there is no garment cost to charge.

The price covers the personalisation work according to quantity, embroidery size, number of embroidered areas and placement.

When garments are posted or sent by courier, the customer pays to send them to us and return shipping is included in the agreed service amount.

6. How much does it cost to embroider a logo?

There is no single price for embroidering a logo, because the same logo can be stitched at different sizes and onto different products.

The most important commercial factors remain the product, embroidery dimensions, quantity and, for garments, the selected positions.

Complex artwork may require additional preparation time internally, but it does not result in a surprise extra charge after the customer has paid.

7. Is embroidery digitising charged separately?

Bordados Custom does not charge a separate embroidery digitising or setup fee.

The technical preparation required to convert artwork into a production-ready embroidery file is part of our pricing structure and is included within the finished product price.

Digitising is still specialised work and can take significant time; we simply do not present it as a separate charge to the customer.

8. Can complex artwork cost more after the order?

Not for products configured online. Once the customer completes the purchase, artwork complexity does not generate a new surcharge.

Highly detailed artwork may take longer to prepare, test and refine, but that work is part of the process.

In some cases, another personalisation method may provide a better result. We explain this before production and, when the alternative method costs less, the order value can be adjusted in the customer's favour.

Comparing only the final number can be misleading because two quotations may include different things.
